Clean, bright, pale yellow colour. Delicate and captivating on the nose, revealing a symphony of fruit aromas (lemon, grapefruit, tangerine). Fresh, lively and juicy on the palate, with fine pulp. Interesting and original in terms of personality.

Perfect as an aperitif, fried seafood, oysters, prawns, grilled seabass. But also, young goat’s cheese, salads, sushi and sashimi.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Biodynamic.
