100% Pinot Noir, aged for 10 months in used French oak barrels.

The wine is invitingly red-fruited with hibiscus blossom, sour cherry and dried cranberries. Fresh and light on the palate, with a fine grip.

Perfect with lasagne, pork sausages and mash, falafel burgers, crumbly stilton.
