70% Monastrell, 30% Tempranillo

The El Abuelo (Grandfather) is deep in colour, with aromas of black fruit, cocoa and tobacco. This wine is dry and approachable, with crushed berry flavours, balanced acidity and a fine, ripe tannic structure.

It goes well with red meats dishes of all kinds, game birds, and also grilled fish dishes.
