70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenere (10% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels for four months)

Ruby red coloured wine. On the nose you will find fresh and intense aromas of fudge and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is juicy with notes of red cherries, very good acidity and soft tannins leading to a long finish.

Perfect with cottage pie, sausage and mash, rich stews.
