100% Chardonnay, 30% of which aged in oak barrels for 9-10 months, then aged 2-3 years before disgorging. An additional 3 months before release follow.

Very fine bubbles. Subtle notes of white flowers on the nose are enhanced by pleasing minerality. The palate is lively, fresh and delicate. This Blanc de Blancs offers the purest expression of its terroir.

Perfect as an aperitif, fish and seafood.
