60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan (10% Blend), matured for 22 months in French oak (combination of 228l barrels and 600l demi-muids)

A rich, savoury and meaty mouthful! A serious, restrained and complex wine that is nowhere near its peak yet. It is rich, intense and drenched in dark red fruits. With morello cherry and a touch of sweet spice on the nose, ripe berry, liquorice, chocolate, summer pudding and a hint of cinnamon spice on the palate, this wine is full flavoured and smooth with supple tannins.

Perfect with red meat dishes and rich stews.
