100% Riesling

This wine is pale yellow in colour and has expressive aromas of white flowers, like jasmine, as well as citrus notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and mineral, with good acidity. Its complex and delicate character makes it very attractive.

Perfect with warm Camembert cheese and mushrooms wrapped in phyllo pastry, served with arugula salad and chestnuts in syrup. The dish has a lot of textures and flavours.
